Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion, sugar, salt and fry for sometime.
Once the onions become translucent, switch off the flame.
Add capsicum, yellow chilli, pudina leaves, chilli flakes, jeera powder, coriander powder, green olives, mix well and leep it aside.
Preheat the oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes.
On the pizza base, spread the masala, grated mozzarella cheese and dab olive oil around the edges of the pizza base.
Bake it for 15 minutes and the pizza is done.
Garnish with jeera powder, oregano and red chilli flakes.
