Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • Carrot-1
  • Beans-10
  • Mashed potato-150 gms
  • Cabbage-50 gms
  • Onion(medium)-1
  • Green chilli-2
  • Chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  • Maida-1/2 cup
  • water-1/4 cup
  • bread crumbs-200 gms
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-for frying

Directions:

  1. Cut all vegetables finely
  2. In a bowl add maida,water and make it as paste
  3. In a bowl add mashed potato,vegetables,garam masala,chilli powder and salt
  4. Make the mixture into small ball
  5. Dip that ball in maida paste and roll it over the bread crumbs
  6. Heat oil and deep fry it
  7. Once it turn to golden brown remove from oil and serve with sauce
